Lara is a chef and recipe writer.
Her love for all things food has taken her from working for restaurants, catering companies, and as a freelance chef. She hosts supper clubs and works as a private chef for dinner parties, holidays and larger events.
Lara has trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine earning her a Distinction in essential cooking and a certificate in wine.
She is constantly developing her culinary skills and has a strong affinity with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking, which she loves to combine with experiences collected from her extensive travels. She most recently developed these skills at Petersham Nurseries. She is currently living in London, working at Townsend restaurant.
